Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026. Using Triad means agreeing to these terms. They're written to be read, not to hide things.

1. Who can use Triad

• You must be 18 or older. Every person on a couple profile must be 18 or older. No exceptions, ever.
• One account per person or couple. Couple accounts must represent two real people who both consent to the account existing and to every like it sends.
• Your profile must be truthful — real names or consistent chosen names, real ages, your own photos.

2. How you treat people

• Consent is the whole point. No pressuring, guilt-tripping, or negotiating past a no.
• No harassment, hate, or discrimination. Thirds are people, not prizes — treating singles as objects to acquire is grounds for removal.
• No sexually explicit content in profiles or photos. Keep first contact respectful.
• Never share another member's identity, photos, or messages outside the app. Many members are not out; outing someone is an instant permanent ban.

3. What's prohibited

• Commercial activity of any kind: escorting, paid content promotion, recruiting for other platforms, spam.
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or a solo person posing as a couple.
• Automated access, scraping, or attempting to break the service.

4. Moderation

Every profile has report and block tools. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe. Safety reports are retained even after an account is deleted.

5. Triad+ subscriptions

• Billing is handled by Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from Profile → Manage subscription — you keep Triad+ until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds.
• Safety features are never behind the paywall and never will be.

6. Your account and data

You can delete your account permanently from the Profile tab. Deletion removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.

7. The honest legal part

Triad connects adults; we don't vet every member and can't guarantee anyone's conduct, online or offline. Meet in public first (use Date Zero — it's built for exactly this), tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes
